Job Overview - Customer Service Representative
Ajacs' CSRs provide significant value to our company and the service we provide our customers. CSRs are responsible for working with customers to ensure that they receive the right product for the job in a timely manner. CSRs are expected to provide customers with technical assistance and product expertise, as well as detailed order status information. Ajacs CSRs are vital to the communication lines with our customers.
They are encouraged to become part of the Ajacs "team" by working together with all of our empoyees to grow and improve our business. We prefer candidates with a college degree and/or die design or related expereience.
