It is our opinion that a formal piece of paper, purchased with the intent of documenting a quality management system, would unduly add to our cost of doing business and not provide value to Ajacs or our customers. We recognize that as a distributor, ISO 9001 has very little to do with the quality of the products we sell or the value of services we provide.
