As a second-generation small business owner, Robert guided the growth of Ajacs from 1983 until his retirement in 2003. During this period, Ajacs grew from a small tool & die supplier representing only a handful of vendors to one of the largest industrial distributors in West Michigan, partnering with many of the manufacturing industry's premier vendors. He also oversaw the relocation of Ajacs from its original location at 2950 Stafford Avenue in Grand Rapids to a brand-new facility at 3855 Linden Avenue in 1984.
Robert continues to serve on the Board of Directors.
